 This harness goes from from driver side footwell area to rear tail light. 

Should work for 2003-2006 Evo's. 

Connects to Driver seat belt, rear driver door harness, rear windshield defogger, rear speakers, trunk light, tail light and evap cannister and rear bumper wiring.
